The location is very convenient. Bolhão metro station is just steps away. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful with recommendations. they also stored my luggage after i checked out, a big plus when you have a late flight.
The street noise was noticeable at times. It did disrupt sleep slightly.

There are many restaurants nearby on rua santa catarina. I found several excellent spots for local cuisine, i tried traditional dishes at a few establishments around the hotel.

The hotel is situated near bolhão metro station, it made getting around the city very easy. the central location provides quick access to many attractions. I enjoyed walking to most main sites.

the staff was lovely. i found the view opposite the church to be gorgeous. the location was amazing! the location was perfect, though the parking was expensive.
the bed was uncomfortable. i noticed the bathroom smelled and the shower was very small. the room was very small though the shower needs repair.

the room was quite small. the bathroom was not properly cleaned upon arrival. i noticed multiple body hair on the toilet seat. i was unable to sleep well because of constant noise from the street. the bed was shorter than i expected and uncomfortable.
